What is coaching and how is it different from therapy or mentoring?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as " Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Coaching is a forward-focused, present-based, action-oriented partnership that helps you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward growth. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t focus on healing past trauma. And unlike mentoring, coaching doesn’t provide direct advice — it helps you find your own best answers.

What happens in a coaching session?

Each session is a confidential, structured conversation focused on your goals, while keeping your long-term objectives and vision in sight. Through strategies like goal setting, guided reflection, and constructive feedback, we work together to identify challenges, uncover limiting beliefs, and define actionable steps forward. Throughout the process, I provide support and accountability to ensure a lasting positive progress. Step by step, insight becomes momentum, momentum becomes change, and change becomes the life you were meant to lead.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goals and the level of support you’re seeking. Some clients benefit from just one powerful session, while others prefer 3 to 5 sessions to work through a specific challenge. For deeper transformation or career transitions, a 3 to 6-month coaching journey may be more effective. For continued growth and accountability, some opt for ongoing monthly check-in sessions. We’ll discuss your needs during the initial consultation and tailor a specific package that fits you best.

How often will we meet and how long is each session?

Coaching sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes and are scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly — depending on your needs, availability, and preferred pace. We will discuss the ideal frequency and duration during our consultation to create a structure that fits into your schedule and works for you.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?

Sessions are currently conducted virtually via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime for convenience and flexibility. However, phone sessions are also available. In-person meetings can be arranged as well upon request.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, 100%. Everything shared in coaching is held in strict confidence, in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

What are your coaching rates?

Rates vary depending on the type of support you're looking for. A one-time session will have a different rate than a multi-session package or a long-term coaching program. During your free consultation call, we’ll go over your goals and explore the best format for you, along with the associated pricing.

What is your cancellation policy for each coaching session?

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy for coaching packages?

For packages with multiple sessions, you may cancel after completing the first session and receive a full refund for the remaining sessions. Cancellations made after completing the second session, or any subsequent sessions, are not eligible for a refund. However, the remaining sessions will not expire. If, for any reason, you're unable to complete your remaining sessions and we need to pause the coaching engagement, your unused sessions will not expire and can be used at any time in the future.
