After relocating with my family from the Netherlands to California in August 2014, I found myself at a crossroads. With deep reflection and exploration, I chose to transition from dentistry to a new path that better aligned with my evolving interests and strengths.

I pursued business studies at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and soon began contributing to our family business as Chief Inspirational Officer. I collaborated closely with our HR and Sales department to build a motivated, engaged team and craft creative solutions aligned with our company's mission and vision.

After several enriching years, I felt called to build something of my own -- a space where I could leverage my communication skills, strategic mindset, and passion for empowering others. Through thoughtful research and soul-searching, I discovered that coaching was the perfect fit.
As a certified career coach, I believe every person holds the power to rise above challenges and build a career rooted in meaning, happiness, and success.
